Students should register themselves by submitting the prescribed application form duly filled in, along with the X class memo available on the internet together with copies of the following certificates before the due date, remitting the prescribed Registration fee. Separate application forms are required to be submitted for different course combinations.

Transfer certificate. Original, along with 10 xerox copies.
2.
Marks Memo-2 xerox copies only.
3.
Bonafide/Conduct certificate -1 xerox copy only.
4.
Eligibility certificate in case of ICSE, CBSE and other state board
students including
A.P.
5.
Aadhar card of the candidate-1 xerox copy only.
6.
Two (2) latest passport size colour photographs of the candidate.
7.
Latest passport size photographs of parents - one each.

A list of selected candidates will be displayed on the College Notice Board. Selected candidates along with their parents are required to appear for an interview with the Principal on set dates.
The fees should be paid in two instalments. The first term fee should be paid on or before June 30th. The second term fee should be paid on or before October 31st. If fee is paid after the due date, late fee penalty will be collected. Fees once remitted, can under no circumstances, be either refunded or transferred. The decision of the college management will be final in all matters of admission.
Students who get admission to the college must sign a declaration to the effect that they will abide by all the rules of the college, especially regarding attendance, discipline, exams and tests. The parents of admitted candidates should also sign a declaration that they will accept the decision of the principal and staff if their wards do not abide by the rules of the college.
